Ohio State Astronomy DEI Journal Club The Astronomy department at Ohio state has been running a DEI journal club since at least 2018, and their website keeps a record of papers presented. This now amounts to a useful list of DEI papers and other resources.
Critical race and feminist standpoint theories in physics education research: A historical review and potential applications This is a paper providing a review of Critical Race Theory (CRT) and Feminist Standpoint Theory (FST), including historical context and the current standing of these theories. In particular, this paper focuses on their role in education, and how they can be used in physics education research.
How Do Observational Astronomers Learn to Inspect Imaging Data? This is a paper investigating how the skill of visually inspecting and interpreting observation images in astronomy is taught.
